About GenderWorks
If we want to see gender equality in our lifetimes, we need to get to work.
As part of a lifelong commitment to equity and justice, GenderWorks was established in 2017 as a purpose-driven management consultancy to support workplaces to achieve gender equality.
Based in Melbourne/Naarm, we are proud members of the Victorian Commission for Gender Equality’s select Panel of Providers, and accredited by OurWatch to deliver their industry-leading Workplace Equality and Respect program.
To date, our experienced practitioners have conducted Gender Impact Assessments, pay gap audits, bystander intervention programs, and workplace training for over 300 organisations across both the private and public sectors. Can we support you too?
Our Pragmatic Approach
GenderWorks offers practical and tailored training, auditing and consulting services designed to create more equal and inclusive workplace cultures.
We meet you where you’re at and guide you each step of the way, helping you to identify and eliminate systemic causes of gender inequality in your workplace.
Based on the latest data and insights, we help facilitate important conversations that enable organisations to make more data-informed decisions that pave the way for change that is measurable, accessible, and most importantly — transformative.
