Gender Equity
and Leadership Training
Online and face-to-face training programs to build organisational capability to promote gender equality. Our modules include: gender equity essentials; managing backlash and resistance; bystander training; preventing and responding to workplace sexual harassment; family violence; gender impact assessment; and workplace equality and respect training for staff and leaders.
Gender Equality Action Plans (GEAPs) and Workplace Gender Audits
Designed to help you assess the state of gender equality in your workplace and make progress towards greater gender equality and inclusion. We conduct standalone pay and workplace gender audits to help workplaces meet both Federal Workplace Gender Equality Act and state-based legislative requirements, as well as progress reporting to measure workplace gender equality and inclusion over time.
Gender Impact Assessments (GIAs)
For defined entities under the Gender Equality Act 2020 (Vic), we design and implement Gender Impact Assessment programs and training tailored to your organisation. This involves developing a whole of organisation approach to implementation, and training those responsible for integrating your GIA into existing organisational systems and processes. Workplace strategy, policy and procedures
Applying an evidence-based and intersectional gender lens, we help you develop or update enterprise agreements, recruitment, flexible working, family violence, parental leave, discrimination, and sexual harassment policies and procedures. All review processes include benchmarking and best practice recommendations specific to your organisation and industry.
Coaching and Mentoring
Practical, professional and strategic coaching packages designed to support employees at all levels build their capability to implement gender equality initiatives in the workplace. Available as a subscription-based service over 6 or 12 months, or in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions, according to your needs.
